As the Customer Experience Lead for this busy organization, you will be responsible for providing stellar customer service to all attendees of a major conference with international visitors. About the Job:
- Monitor progress of staff and ensure timely responses are made to customer service concerns.
- Maintain and manage accurate records and update the registration system as needed.
- Monitor email and phone line activity and process customer requests and edits.
- Assist with the proof-reading of materials related to event registration.
- Help to onboard and train the team.
- Provide effective team supervisory management and mentorship to additional staff.
